Getting ready to remodel one of our rentals. This is not going to be easy as it will be costly and labored. We have had renters in for the past 10 years and have tried to maintain the house but it is what it is. I am excited to see this beauty growing. We left and it was just a stick in the ground and now its beautifully grown.
